The Outreach Ministry at Southeast 10th Avenue Church of Christ collected items to give to students at Duval Elementary Fine Arts Academy. The items were delivered to the school on Monday, and included sneakers, school uniforms, socks, underwear, T-shirts and a host of toiletries. Minister Al Jackson, pastor of the church, said the church decided to collect the items to be a blessing to the students. “We are just happy to be able to help others,” he said.
