Keep your umbrella in the car because all week there will be a slight chance of scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
This morning will have a 50 percent chance of rain, with temperatures ranging from the lower 80s to the lower 60s, said Dave Shuler, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Jacksonville.
The skies will be mostly cloudy, and by tonight, the chances of rain will drop to 40 percent.
“There could be some gusty winds, but they would be very isolated,” he said.
The chances of rain will continue to be around the same Tuesday morning, but will decrease to a 20 percent chance of rain by night. Tuesday will be partly cloudy with highs in the upper 80s and lows in the upper 40s, Shuler said.
Wednesday and Thursday are forecast to have a 20 percent chance of rain with temperatures in the lower 70s and upper 40s. Wednesday’s temperatures will be slightly below normal season averages, he said.
The chance of showers and thunderstorms will increase to 40 percent on Friday and continue throughout the weekend. The skies will be mostly cloudy, with highs in the upper 70s and lows in the lower 50s, Shuler said.
