Two sisters and their mother disarmed a masked home invader — the ex-husband of one of the sisters — early Sunday, a Marion County Sheriff’s Office report states.
The gunman, identified as Willie Allen Bias Sr., 37, was wearing a mask and camouflage when he entered the Silver Springs Shores home through a sliding glass door, according to the report.
Bias held a loaded .22-caliber revolver when he entered his ex-wife’s bedroom at about 6 a.m. Sunday, a report states.
Realizing the masked gunman was her ex-husband, Carol Dickman, 27, asked Bias if he wanted to go outside and talk.
“No, I’m going to kill you,” said Bias, according to Dickman in a statement to Deputy David McClure.
Hearing Bias threaten her sister, Ashley Falck, 21, ran into the bedroom and rushed Bias from behind and grabbed the gun, the report states.
That’s when Dickman’s and Falck’s mother, Lucy Falck, 51, came in the bedroom with her gun and put it to Bias’ head.
“Get out of my house or I’m going to kill you,” Lucy Falck told Bias, according to the report.
Bias immediately ran out of the house and fled the area in a vehicle and was later stopped on County Road 326. The incident was witnessed by five young children.
Bias remains in the Marion County Jail charged with aggravated domestic assault with a firearm, armed occupied residential burglary and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
