Beginning Monday, skies will be partly cloudy with highs in the upper 70s, reaching a high of 78 degrees, according to National Weather Service meteorologist Sara Chase.
On Monday night, temperatures will drop into the lower 60s with a 70 percent chance of rain.
Showers are likely Tuesday morning, again with a 70 percent chance of rain. Temperatures throughout the day will be in the mid 70s, but the night will be cooler with temperatures in the mid 40s, Chase said.
“The rain we get will just be rain,” she said. “There’s no kind of storms or hazardous weather forecast for now.”
Wednesday through Friday will be breezy, sunny and clear, with highs in the lower 70s and lows in the lower 40s, with no chance of rain throughout Wednesday until the weekend.
Thursday is forecast to be the coldest day this week, with an expected low of 42 degrees.
The weekend temperature highs will be in the upper 70s and the lows will be in the mid 40s, Chase said.
