Church anniversary

Redeeming Faith & Anointing Church will host its 16th church anniversary.

Services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thurday and Friday, 7 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday at the church at 918 SE Williston Road.

Group anniversary

Christian Women on the Move will celebrate its 14th anniversary.

Services will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday and 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Mount Hermon Baptist Church at 1514 NE 2nd St.

Elders celebration

Greater Love and Faith Ministries will host an "Elders Celebration."

Services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10:45 a.m. Sunday at the church at 902 SE 10th Terrace. The celebration will honor church elders

The speakers will be: Friday, the Rev. Dr. Marie Herring of Dayspring Baptist Church in Gainesville; Saturday, Pastor Nathaniel Hodges of Mount Hermon United Methodist Church in Fairfield, and Sunday, Pastors John and Erica McCrutchen of Joint Heirs Fellowship Church in Houston.

Anniversary

Second Morning Star Baptist Church will celebrate the 7th anniversary of its pastor, Pastor Tony Hall.

Services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Sunday at the church at 3205 NW 51st St.

The services and speakers will be: Friday, Pastor Gregory Pelham of Greater New Hope Baptist Church in Alachua; Saturday, anniversary breakfast for Pastor Hall and First Lady Denorris Hall, and Sunday, morning, Pastor J. Women's conference

Total Vision Ministries will present "There's A Queen in You" Empowerment Conference 2013.

It will be held from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. March 16 at Country Inn & Suites at 4015 NW 43rd St. The theme will be "Heavenly Royalty Awaits You."

The keynote speaker will be Minister Carla Cannon, CEO of Women of Standard Magazine in Raleigh, N.C.

Ushers celebration

Williams Temple Church of God in Christ Adult Usher Board will host its annual celebration.

It will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday at the church at 628 NW 7th Ave. The theme will be "Ministering to God's People."

The speaker will be Elder Bozie Perry, pastor of Christ Centered Church of God in Christ in Fort White.

New church

Axiom Church is now holding services in Gainesville.

They will be held at 10:30 a.m. Sundays at Westwood Middle School at 3215 NW 15th Ave.

The church has a contemporary style of worship and services will last for 60 minutes. The church will start a new series on the reputation Christians have earned around the U.S. Called "Stupid Christians, the series will discuss the research found in the book, "unChristian."

Women in white

The Jerusalem Baptist District Women's Department will host its first 100 Women in White fundraiser.

It will be held at 5 p.m. March 16 at the Jerusalem Baptist Association Center at 8810 NE Waldo Road in Fairbanks. The first 50 women in white will receive a gift bag.

Women's night

Hopewell Baptist Church will host Women's Night 2013.

It will be held at 7:30 p.m. March 16 at the church at 4303 SW Wacahoota Road in Micanopy.

The guest speaker will be Taffen Anderson of Everlasting Word of Faith in Ocala.

Outreach event

Miracle Deliverance Outreach Ministries will host a community outreach event.

It will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Catherine Taylor Park on SE Douglas Street in High Springs. Featured will be a clothing and food giveaway and a DJ playing gospel music.
