A cold, windy weekend with high temperatures failing to climb out of the 50s will mark the beginning March this weekend.

Today's high in Gainesville is set to be 61, the warmest it is forecast to be until Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service. The coldest night is expected to be Sunday, when the temperature could bottom out at 30 degrees.
