Cold front working its way to the region this week

Rain and cool weather will blow through the region this week, leading into a chilly, but sunny, weekend.
Today will be partly sunny with some patchy fog expected at night. Temperatures will range from the high-70s to the mid-50s.
According to the National Weather Service, a cold front will push its way into the area from the northwest Tuesday night. A 20 percent chance of showers is expected Tuesday.
Temperatures will range from 74 to 57 degrees.
Showers are likely on Wednesday with a 60 percent chance predicted for the day and nighttime hours. Highs will stay in the mid-70s, but lows will drop to the mid-40s.
A slight chance of showers will persist into Thursday.
Temperatures will drop significantly, ranging from 63 to 42 degrees.
Skies will clear for the weekend, but temperatures will continue to drop.
A high of 67 is expected Friday. Saturday temperatures will range from 60 to 35 degrees Saturday night.
A high of 57 degrees is predicted for Sunday.
