The Alachua County Commission will discuss the road reconstruction plan for Northwest 16th Avenue and Northwest 23rd Avenue, a plan that has been in the works for years and drawn much public input, at its Tuesday policy meeting.
Commissioners will get an update on the road redesign project at the meeting, which is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. at the County Administration Building, located at 12 SE First St. in Gainesville.
Noise control at the Alachua County Fairgrounds in east Gainesville is another issue the board is scheduled to examine.
It also will consider possible parameters for the Community Agency Partnership Program (CAPP), which supports area nonprofit organizations focused on poverty reduction, for fiscal year 2013-14 at a 1:30 p.m. special meeting Tuesday.
