Jason Hurst, business manager at Spirit of Faith, said Harrison is coming back because the church received an overwhelming response from the first breakfast, which was held in early November. He said the church was packed to capacity with entrepreneurs and prospective entrepreneurs who said they learned a great deal.
"The last time he was here, it was standing-room only, and he is coming back because there is so much he wants to share with us and he was very pleased with the turnout," said Hurst. "He was also very pleased with how the people were so receptive of him and the information he was sharing that he just wanted to come back."
Hurst said the breakfast will last about two and a half hours, with the last 30 minutes set aside for those attending to network.
"Last time, people were able to build alliances with one another and some people even made some sales," Hurst said.
Harrison is the founder of Harrison International Seminars in Tulsa, Okla., which produces and distributes CDs, DVDs and books. Harrison began his ministry more than 20 years ago after successfully turning his car dealership around in California.
Hurst said Harrison will talk about how people can live an abundant life and will make a presentation. Also, Pastor Ken Claytor of Spirit of Faith, also a very successful businessman, will make a presentation.
Hurst said both men will speak about how people can apply biblical principles and tools in their lives that will lead to living in abundance.
"What we want to take place is a shift in thinking, where people who are looking at things negatively begin to look at things positively," Hurst said.
"We want people to start looking for opportunities in the face of adversity."
Pat Lee, a professional financial services representative, attended the first breakfast and said it was well worth the investment.
"I enjoyed it tremendously and it provided me with some insightful information on how to overcome some things," Lee said. "It gave me some ideas I am using now. I would recommend attending the breakfast to anybody."
