JERSEY NUMBER: 11
WEIGHT: 170 pounds
Area boys soccer player I would pay to watch play: Alex Fethiere of Eastside. He is just quick and is very good with the ball.
Best movie I've ever seen? “Django Unchained.” That movie was really good. It had so much action.
Coach Andy Aulick's best words of advice for me: Stay high and hold the ball so runs can get around me.
David Beckham is ... The best free kick taker to ever walk the earth.
Easiest class or part of the school day: Weightlifting for sure.
Favorite type of music and artist: Rap and probably Drake.
Goal going into the season ... To play in the district championship and worry about the rest after we win the district championship.
Note: Buchholz hasn't won a district title since 2001.
Heather Mitts or Abby Wambach, who is your favorite former Gator soccer player? Abby Wambach. She is a freak in the air heading the ball for girls. Honestly, she is as big as a guy.
Interesting thing about me away from soccer: I have a very romantic side. I have a girlfriend. I can be very romantic to my girlfriend. I'm a smooth talker.
Joker on the team: Chris Cornell. He is not afraid to say anything. He's a really good player too.
Kick or a header for a goal: Kick. I really like to pound the ball, blast it as hard as I can.
Least favorite Buchholz soccer moment: Losing to Mandarin 3-1 last year (in the 5A regional semifinals). The fact that we lost by multiple goals made me the maddest.
My response to people who dislike soccer or say it is boring to watch is ... There's is a reason it is the most famous sport in the world. It is just the United States hasn't given it a chance yet. It is going to grow. In five years, it is going to be really big.
New Year's resolution? To win the district championship and the state championship.
One person in my life who inspires me most: My older brother, Scott. He played soccer just as long as I have and before every game he tells me I need to be the best player on the field.
Potential college major: Business or real estate.
Quiet time activity: Listening to music.
Reading newspapers or browsing the Internet to get my high school sports information? Newspaper. My dad tells me every morning if there is something in the paper about us.
Soccer player I grew up watching and wanted to be like: Robin van Persie of Manchester United. If you wanted to play like someone, it would probably be him. He scores every single game.
Twitter or Facebook page status post? Twitter. Facebook is gone.
Universities or colleges considering: North Florida and Central Florida. I am trying to play soccer at North Florida. The places I am being recruited to play soccer I don't want to play at.
Vacation spot I love: I like going on cruises to different places.
Who will win Super Bowl XLVII on Feb. 3 — 49ers or Ravens? I can't go against the Ravens anymore. The past three games I said they were going to lose and won every time. Plus, it is Ray Lewis' last game.
Xbox, PlayStation or Wii? Xbox, that is what I grew up playing. I don't play any other game but FIFA 13.
Year I was born: 1994.
Zoo animal I like most: The lion, because they are the king. They are on top. I would like to be the best.
