Hawthorne man accused of exposing himself to a child

A Hawthorne man was arrested Monday on allegations he exposed himself to a girl, tried to get a teenager to snort prescription painkillers and gave beer to a minor, according to an arrest report.

Charged was Miltiadis Eleftherakos, 39, of 347 Melrose Landing Blvd., the Alachua County Sheriff's Office reported.

The three incidents occurred in December. Eleftherakos is accused of exposing himself to the 9-year-old daughter of a family acquaintance, the report states.

It is also reported that Eleftherakos crushed and snorted a prescription painkiller in front of a 15-year-old and then offered the straw to the boy.

Finally, Eleftherakos is accused of giving a child beer and offering him marijuana that Eleftherakos was smoking, the report states.

Eleftherakos was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, child cruelty and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
