Playwright presents new play

Gainesville playwright Barry McLeod, center, will present "In My Sprite," a Christian musical comedy featuring local artists. The play, which tells the story of what happens when Ma Bertha gets revenge on her evil son-in-law, Mike, will be presented at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday at Antioch United Holiness Church at 2516 NE 8th Ave. Tickets will be $15 in advance and $18 at the door.
