Another win, another move up the college football rankings for the Florida Gators.
The Gators (6-0), fresh off a 31-17 win at Vanderbilt on Saturday night, moved up a spot to No. 3 in the latest Associated Press poll released Sunday. UF moved up two spots in the USA Today coaches' poll to No. 4.
Florida took over the No. 3 position previously held by South Carolina. The Gamecocks (6-1) lost 23-21 at LSU on Saturday night and dropped to No. 9.
Florida will host South Carolina at 3:30 p.m. Saturday and will be televised by CBS. ESPN College Gameday will also be in Gainesville that day.
Alabama and Oregon remain Nos. 1-2 in the AP rankings, while Kansas State is No. 4 and Notre Dame is No. 5. LSU, Ohio State, Oregon State, South Carolina and Oklahoma round out the Top 10. FSU remains at No. 12.
The first BCS Standings will be released at 8:30 tonight on ESPN.
