Steelers' Pouncey leaves game after first play

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Pittsburgh center, and former Gator, Maurkice Pouncey injured his right leg on the Steelers’ first play from scrimmage and was ruled out for the rest of the game.
Pouncey was blocking when it appeared that right tackle, and former teammate at UF, Marcus Gilbert rolled up on his leg. Pouncey sat on the ground before going to the sideline. He was replaced by Doug Legursky. His return originally was called questionable before the Steelers decided he wouldn’t return.
The Steelers lost, 26-23, on a last-second field goal by the Titans.
