The warm, muggy spell to start October will finally be broken today with cooler, drier conditions today due to a front that finally pushed through, according to the National Weather Service.

Today's high temperature will be 84 degrees and, after morning fog, just a slight chance of showers is forecast with plenty of sun otherwise. Tonight's low will hit the comfortable low 60s.
