Wanda Hunter: We can't stand four more years of Obama

I have been very depressed at the way the mainstream media is not reporting the facts and is covering up for Obama. It doesn't seem that the American people are paying any attention to our debt or the condition and danger this country is in.

Thanks to Bill Clinton for boosting Obama when he really can't stand him, and that was proven when Hillary Clinton was running for President against Obama. This proves the Democrats will do anything to win, regardless to what happens to the country.

I have decided that if Obama wins the people who vote for him will get what they deserve for closing their eyes to what is happening. This country cannot stand four more years of Obama's lack of leadership. God Bless The United states of America.

John H. Burgess: Don't be fooled again by the Republicans

Your deadbeat brother-in-law moves in, eats all your food, and sets the house on fire. You throw him out and call the fire department. As the firemen start to put out the blaze, your brother-in-law shows up and shuts off the water supply. He tells you what a lousy job the firemen are doing without water and he can save your house if you just let him back in.

Do you say “yes”? If so, you’re a Republican.

For 8 years the Republicans looted the treasury and tried to burn down the economy. When President Obama began to repair the damage, the Republicans blocked every measure to make sure he didn’t succeed. Now they claim only they know how to save the economy, if you just let them back in. If you were fooled once by this litany of lies, shame on them. If you’re fooled a second time, shame on you.

Howard F. Bryan Jr.: Obama's lies are exposed

The story, "The Emperor's New Clothes" shows us how it is easy to dupe people. If you tell a lie and tell it often enough the lie might be accepted as truth! Thank goodness for the fictional child that exposed the lie and ended the fear and foolishness, by saying, “The Emperor is naked”. Americans might just learn from this!

But many are afraid now. There is fear and uncertainty in our lives resulting from Barack Obama's failed leadership. The high unemployment and terrible economic conditions in our country have lead to great suffering. People have lost their homes and livelihoods. Obama promised to correct these, and yet he blames Bush for his failure.

There is anger and jealousy toward business and successful people (the rich). The angry and jealous want revenge (hatred). Government policies, looming tax increases, and excessive regulations are in place to punish the successful, to exact retribution in order to pacify the angry and jealous among us. This will lead to even more suffering.

The "Star Wars" character, Yoda, said, “Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.” While this is not axiomatic, let us ensure that it is not prophetic. Americans have the opportunity in November to end our fall into darkness, to be like the child in The Emperor's New Clothes, and expose Barack Obama for what he is; a lie!

Frank Womack: Think before you vote

When you go to vote this November, think before you mark your ballot.

Think of a president (Obama) who with protests and angry mobs torching our embassies and consulates an ambassador and 3 other Americans murdered, flies off to Las Vegas for a fund raiser and political rally, then on to Hollywood to party with the godless...and all the while the mobs continue their attack.

Think of a president and his minions who for a week insist that the attacks were the cause of a poorly made and barely viewable 15 minute film clip. Think of a president who sends his UN Ambassador, White House mouthpiece, Secretary of State and himself to flood the airways with the above untruths. Now, after their statements are proved untrue, they are saying it was a terriorist attack, except for the President, who still insists the film did it!

Think of a president who thinks appearing on The View or Letterman is more important than a meeting with Israel's leader,

Finally, think of a president, who attends less than 40 percent of the nation's Security Council meetings, prefering to golf and campaign than to watch out for America's security.

Think, I beg you, before you mark that ballot.

Frank Womack,

Hawthorne
