Hi Moms,

With school back in session, that means homework for most school-aged students. But some children, parents and even schools are participating in a “homework revolt.” Do you think children should have homework? How much is too much? Does homework take away from a child's time to play and relax?

Speaking of playing, do you have a trampoline at your home? A group of pediatricians is saying that trampolines are way too dangerous for children. Has your child ever gotten hurt on a trampoline?

Also in the news, a study found that rice – even baby cereal – has worrisome levels of arsenic! Come read the warnings! Is rice a popular side dish at your home?

A few moms on the forum are looking for advice! A Melrose mom is looking for activities in her area. Any suggestions? Another mom would like to switch doctors but needs advice on how to smoothly transition from the old doctor to the new doctor. Last but not last, I'd love some advice on how to handle 2-year-old tantrums!

Have a great weekend,
