Thirty-two people were ejected during Saturday’s home game between University of Florida and the University of Kentucky at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
Nine UF students were ejected, none were arrested. Nine civil citations for possession of alcohol were issued.
The University Police Department stated in a press release that this year the majority of offenders of the Gainesville City Ordinance prohibiting alcohol within Ben Hill Griffin Stadium will receive civil citations in lieu of being arrested.
