Dooley Grades: UF is supposed to beat UK

First half: Jeff Driskel was sailing some of his passes high and the Gators looked ragged at times, especially at the start.
Second half: The drive to start the third quarter was the kind of football Will Muschamp wants to play.
For the game: The Gators had some shaky moments, but converted 12 of their last 15 third-down attempts.
First half: The Gators had trouble getting much of a pass rush and left way too many open receivers.
Second half: Kentucky basically shut it down in the second half and the defense had it easy for the last 30 minutes.
For the game: Three interceptions and a shutout, but Kentucky was woeful with Morgan Newton at quarterback.
Special teams B-
First half: Caleb Sturgis had a field goal tipped at the line of scrimmage, but Kyle Christy did a good job with his punting.
Second half: Special teams didn’t have to do a whole lot except cover three kickoffs.
For the game: Christy has turned into a weapon, but Florida’s punt return game may be the worst part of this team.
Florida is supposed to beat Kentucky 38-0, especially when the Wildcats’ starting quarterback is out. But give Gators credit for taking care of business.
