Chad and Alison Paris started the company on June 3, 2010, to do web design, branding, graphic design, printing, direct mail and other marketing services.

What was the idea behind the business?

“We saw a pretty massive devastation from our fellow printing industry and we decided to turn things around by printing all recycled material and planting trees. Then it turned into a lot more digital media to promote, not printing. Initially it was, ‘If you're going to print, print with us, we'll make it eco-friendly and a lot more socially responsible' and long-term encouraged more digital advertising, Web branding and graphic design.”

How many trees have you planted?

“We're coming up on 15,000 trees. We plant 10 trees with every order placed with us and 100 trees for every website that we design as a thank you for going digital instead of printing. Half of them are planted here in Gainesville at the Alachua Conservation Trust and the other half are planted all over the world wherever there's massive deforestation with our partner Trees for the Future.

Why printing and design?

“It's an industry I've always been involved with. … What makes us most valuable is the attitude we carry. … We put all of our creative efforts in front of the partners, the clients that we're working with and it's very open, healthy levels of communication. … We're building relationships and tapping into people's creative potential. When people come to us with an idea, we extract it and explore it further with them.”
