About Will Voelker
Occupation: Founder of Noah's Endeavor Inc: Inclusion Community
Years in Gainesville: 14
Children: Noah, David, Jaiden, Layla
Volunteers from the community and the University of Florida come out and help these children. Will and his wife, Shelly, started Noah's Endeavor when their son, Noah was in need of social activities. Noah had cerebral palsy and the Voelker's have continued this organization even after Noah passed away. To some of these children, it is the only social activity they have. It also gives the parents a friendship circle of other parents that have the same life situations. Since Noah passed away, the Voelker's have adopted 3 more children, 2 of which have special needs. Will has a goal to continue Noah\'s Endeavor long term, but hopes that one day it will no longer be needed because inclusion would no longer be an issue.
