Ashley is very deserving of this award. When she graduated from UF, she was unsure of what path she wanted her life to take. After hearing from several friends that Gainesville did not have any quality cleaning companies, in 2009 she opened Pristine Clean. Over the last three years, she has done a wonderful job of not only satisfying residents and business owners in Gainesville, Newberry, Alacha, High Springs, and Brooker... but she\'s also helped the community by adding new jobs every year. She runs her company very well, making sure her employees are taken care of and that they are doing everything in their power to satisfy their customers. There\'s even been times when she has personally babysat her employee\'s children so they could continue working when babysitters cancelled on them. Her employees love her and her customers love her. I\'ve never seen someone who works so hard... regularly working 12-15 hour days to ensure all work gets completed.

About Ashley Jackrel

Occupation: Owner, Pristine Clean

Years in Gainesville: 9

Spouse: Justin Jackrel

In the little free time she has, she always finds ways to give back to the community. Currently she is heading the Pi Phi sorority house on campus, ensuring that the girls currently involved get the same wonderful experience she had while at UF. There have been several times this summer where she dropped everything to head to the sorority house to either assemble furniture, deal with staffing issues, or oversee their recent renovation to ensure everything was perfect when the girls returned to Gainesville. Ashley is a wonderful person and the Gainesville community is lucky to have her.
