Kim Oliver: Spirit of Gainesville nominee

<p>Kim Oliver is the President of the Joad Club for Archery in Newberry. She started this club and puts endless effort and time into it. The club is rapidly growing under Kim's guidance. She has been doing this for several years now. The club meets at the Easton Newberry Archery Sports Complex in Newberry. It has been a real challange for her to work out all the details, etc. of this new adventure for our area. She does so with dedication, sensitivity and a great atitude. She is very skillful in working with the children and the adults to make this club work. The children and adults greatly benefit from her service. </p><p>Kim is a very caring, intelligent, giving person. The kids learn to work together, shoot in competition together, take classes together, do fun raising for out of town shoots. There are not many of these parks in the USA. I strongly believe Kim Oliver should be rewarded for all her countless hours dedicated to this club.</p><p><i> Submitted by Denise Kronmann</i></p>
