LSU junior defensive end

Height: 6-foot-4

Weight: 245 lbs.

Why he's No. 2: Montgomery has a chance to become one of the most disruptive players in college football this year. Last year was his first full season at this level and he was impressive. But with some experience under his belt, don't be surprised if he ends up being a top five draft pick.

College career: After redshirting as a freshman, Montgomery started in 2010 before a knee injury cut his season short after five games. But in 2011, he was cut loose and had nine sacks including two against Alabama in the regular season matchup.

Fun fact: Montgomery can be seen before games pounding the turf in his efforts to “power up” like the video game character Sonic the Hedgehog.
