UNC Charlotte assistant Angela Crosby has become the latest addition to Florida women's basketball coach Amanda Butler's staff.

Crosby, 40, spent last season with the 49ers and the previous three seasons at Virginia Tech. She takes over for Brenda Mock Kirkpatrick, who left this month to become head coach at UNC Asheville.

Crosby joins a team that finished last season with a 20-13 record and reached the second-round of the NCAA Tournament.
