Six most seriously injured crash patients remain hospitalized

The six people who were most seriously injured in the early Sunday morning traffic crashes remain at Shands at the University of Florida on Monday.

In a brief news release, Shands officials said the six were admitted through the hospital’s Trauma Center.

Three others who were admitted through the emergency room also remained hospitalized Monday and one patient initially sent to another area hospital has been transferred to Shands, according to officials there.
