Frost, smoke from Paynes Prairie fire in the forecast

Smoke from a prairie fire that played a key role in the deadly traffic accidents early Sunday morning on Interstate 75 will continue to impact area weather today.
The National Weather Service forecasts patchy smoke in the area before 10 a.m. and patchy frost before 9 a.m. There also is a freeze warning in effect from 4 to 9 a.m. today.
The afternoon will be sunny with a high near 69, with mild breezes. Tonight will be mostly clear with a low around 41, the weather service reports.
The pleasant weather will continue Tuesday with mostly sunny skies and a high near 76. Tuesday night will be partly cloudy with a low around 50 degrees.
The next hint of showers will be Wednesday, with a 20 percent chance of rain. Expect mostly cloudy skies with a high of 76 and a low around 55.
Thursday will be a mirror of Wednesday, with a 20 percent chance of showers and a high near 77.
