ROCKLEDGE, Fla. — Police say a 63-year-old central Florida woman died after she was run over by her truck in her driveway.

Rockledge police spokeswoman Donna Seyferth says it's not clear whether Patricia Roberts was leaving home or returning when the accident happened. Her son found the body about 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

Florida Today ( ) reports the full-size truck was found nearby, still running.

Seyferth says the truck was still in gear, leading police to believe Roberts had tried to step out of the vehicle. She says it appears to be a freak accident.

Roberts was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
