In a move that has been anticipated for more than a week now, Florida football coach Will Muschamp has hired Jeff Dillman to be the Gators' new strength and conditioning coordinator.
The hiring became official Tuesday afternoon.
Dillman comes to UF from IMG in Bradenton, where he has been the head of physical conditioning since 2009.
Dillman and Mushcamp worked together at LSU, where Dillman was on the strength staff and Muschamp was the defensive coordinator for Nick Saban.
Dillman has trained numerous NFL stars and other professional athletes while at the IMG Performance Institute.
He takes over for Mickey Marotti, who left to join Urban Meyer's Ohio State staff.
