Early voting begins Monday

Early voting for the Gainesville City Commission District 2 and District 3 runoffs on April 12 will begin Monday at the County Administration Building, 12 SE First St., in downtown.
Early voting will run through April 9.
On Monday through Saturday of next week, you can cast your early vote between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Only city voters living in District 2 can vote in the District 2 race.
Only city voters living in District 3 can vote in the District 3 race.
Voters must present picture and signature ID in order to vote, or vote a provisional ballot.
On Election Day — Tuesday, April 12 — polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The sample ballot for the runoffs will appear in Sunday's editions of The Gainesville Sun and will appear online at www.VoteAlachua.com.
