YEAR: Senior

POSITION: Center midfield

JERSEY NUMBER: 23

A rea soccer player I would pay to watch play: Naomi Lux of Santa Fe. The way she plays is very clam, confident and collected. She knows where to play the ball. I play club soccer with her.

B est movie I've ever seen?: “Inception.” It really makes me think and I find something new and interesting each time I see it. It is pretty awesome graphically.

C oach Henry Couch's best words of advice for me?: To keep my chin up, because I am my worst critic. He asks me and the other seniors to guide our younger teammates, including my sister Alex Oman.

D avid Beckham is...: awesome at free kicks. More importantly we share the same jersey number.

E SPN's best program?: I don't really watch ESPN, but I am Glee and Grey's Anatomy type of girl.

F acing a Tallahassee John Paul II team in the regional quarterfinals for the second straight season is...: daunting. Last year I was out for that game (leg injury). It makes me want to beat them even more. I suffered through that game, not being able to do anything.

G ainesville's most happening hang out spot.: I really like the mall.

H aving been a part of three district championship soccer teams has been...: exciting. Each and every year we are still the underdogs, yet somehow we are able to make it up to this point. We want to show teams that we are a threat.

I nteresting thing about me away from soccer.: I really like cross country and running in general. It is something that I can do for the rest of my life and it also keeps me in shape and active.

J ust ask me, I can tell you all about...: Disney World.

K ick or a header for a goal: A kick is more controlled and powerful. Headers can be unpredictable.

L east favorite St. Francis soccer moment: Breaking my left leg against P.K. Yonge last season (Dec. 2009).

M y response to people who dislike soccer or say it is boring to watch is...: I would ask them, “have you ever seen real soccer, because the rest of the world doesn't think it is boring.”

N ew year's resolution?: Just to be a better person, student and athlete.

O ne person in my life who inspires me most: My mom, Suann Oman. After 9/11, my dad, Christopher Oman had to be stationed at central command in Tampa. She had to take over and run the household. It was difficult time for all of us.

P otential college major: Pre-dentistry.

Q uiet time activity: Reading.

R eading newspapers or browsing the Internet to get my high school sports information?: Newspaper. It is always thrilling to see your name in the paper.

S occer player I grew up watching and wanted to be like?: Mia Hamm. I read a book about her and she really inspired me. When I was younger I wanted to be a professional soccer player.

T oughest thing about playing after missing most of last season with a broken leg.: Just getting back on the field because of nerves and lingering pain from my injury.

U niversities or colleges considering: Florida State University, University of South Florida, Stetson and Auburn (as a student).

V acation spot I love: My relatives' sea house at Crescent Beach.

W hat team do I want to win Super Bowl XLV on Feb. 6th?: The Steelers.

X box, PlayStation or Wii?: Wii. I like to play tennis.

Y ear I was born: 1993.

Z oo animal I like most: Monkeys. They are entertaining.
