It looks like former Florida assistant coach Chuck Heater is following Steve Addazio to Temple, where he will be the Owls' defensive coordinator.

Citing several sources, the Philadelphia News reported that Heater, the co-defensive coordinator for the Gators this past season, has accepted the job.

Addazio, the former UF offensive coordinator, and Heater were seen together at Temple's basketball game against St. Bonaventure on Wednesday night.

Heater, like Addazio, was a member of Urban Meyer's original coaching staff at UF, coming to Gainesville from Utah with Meyer in 2005. This past season, Heater shared the defensive coordinator responsibilities with Teryl Austin.

According to the News, Addazio has also added two others to his coaching staff, both from Marshall — defensive line coach Sean Cronin and wide receivers coach Zach Smith, who will be the special teams coordinator.
