TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Gov. Charlie Crist says his fourth and final State of the State address will focus on Florida's sagging economy.

Crist will speak to a joint session of the Florida Legislature on Tuesday, the opening day of the 2010 legislative session.

He is not running for re-election this year, instead seeking the Republican U.S. Senate nomination.

The economy also will be a focal point for lawmakers, who are facing a potential budget gap of up to $3.2 billion, during the 60-day session.

Two years ago, Crist broke a tradition of speaking in the morning in the belief more people would tune in to hear him during the evening.
