What to Watch for in Week 2 of the SEC basketball season.

Kentucky's climb
The unbeaten Wildcats (18-0) can assure themselves of a No. 1 ranking with a win Saturday at Rupp Arena against Arkansas. Arkansas coach John Pelphrey will return to the arena where he starred as a player. And Kentucky coach John Calipari will be going for his 65th straight conference win, which would break former Kentucky coach Adolph Rupp's NCAA record of 64 straight conference victories.

Downey's streak
South Carolina shooting guard Devan Downey has scored 25 or more points in each of his last four games. Florida will look to contain Downey on Saturday at the O'Connell Center.

Short rest
Last week, SEC teams that played Thursday night went 3-1 the following Saturday. This week, Florida and Arkansas will get the challenge of a quick turnaround after a nationally-televised Thursday game.
