On behalf of the Wagstaff family, I would like to thank the builders, donors, volunteers and the entire community of Gainesville for building us an amazing house and building some amazing relationships in the process.
We are grateful and appreciative for the time, energy, money, materials and expertise that each of you invested. Whether you built walls, donated materials or fed volunteers, you have given us a fresh start and the ability to continue focusing our energy on serving the community.
We are proud that our friends, neighbors and community members were so kind, generous and willing to step up and work tirelessly to transform our lives in just a few short days.
While it took the excitement and resources of a television show, "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," to make the coordination of this many volunteers possible, we know that many of you are the same volunteers out there helping others with their homes. Please know that you can continue to ride the momentum of the ARK Extreme Build.
Rebuilding Together North Central Florida does home repairs, Habitat for Humanity builds affordable homes, Neighborhood Development Corporation redevelops affordable rentals and homes, Community Action Agency North Central Florida provides major home repair/weatherization, and Christians Concerned for the Community (CCC) does yard/house cleaning, painting and minor home repairs.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and pray that you will all be inspired to keep the ball rolling and continue to serve!
