A Tuesday morning crash involving two semis blocked an intersection in Levy County and slightly injured one of the drivers.
According to a preliminary report from the Levy County Sheriff's Office, the crash happened at the intersection of State Road 121 and County Road 326 before 8 a.m. The road remained blocked for most of the morning.
The driver of a semi tanker hauling water was up and walking when emergency crews arrived on the scene but was later taken to Nature Coast Regional Hospital with unspecified injuries, according to sheriff's spokesman Capt. Evan Sullivan. The other driver, who was hauling a box trailer, was not injuried, Sullivan said.
The wreck was under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol late Tuesday morning. Additional details were expected to be released Tuesday afternoon.
