ATHENS, Ga. — Georgia junior safety Reshad Jones is expected to confirm he is entering the NFL draft this year.

Jones could not be reached by The Associated Press Tuesday morning but plans to meet with reporters later on Tuesday.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Athens Banner-Herald and Macon Telegraph have reported Jones is entering the draft.

Jones led Georgia with four interceptions this season, including one he returned 59 yards to set up a touchdown in the Bulldogs' 44-20 Independence Bowl victory over Texas A&M.

He was second on the Bulldogs with 73 tackles and has 12 career interceptions.

Linebacker Rennie Curran also is considering entering the draft as a junior.
