Tebow finalist for QB award

STILLWATER, Okla. — Florida senior Tim Tebow is among five finalists for the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, which is presented to college football’s top senior quarterback.
Joining Tebow on the list of finalists released Wednesday are Colt McCoy of Texas, Oklahoma State senior Zac Robinson, Dan LeFevour of Central Michigan and Thaddeus Lewis of Duke.
The winner will receive the award on Dec. 11 in Baltimore.
Tebow is a dual threat as a passer and runner who rushed for his 53rd career touchdown in last weekend’s win over South Carolina, Tebow currently has a 154.0 QB rating, with 1,730 yards and 12 touchdowns.
