Alabama sophomore wide receiver
Why he's No. 3: Exceptional receiver who is capable of making game-changing big plays with his speed, size (6-foot-4, 210 pounds) and leaping ability. Led Alabama in yards receiving (924) and touchdown catches (4) last season. Jones, the SEC freshman of the year, also could have an expanded role on kickoff and punt returns next season.
Key number: 15.9, the average yards per catch that Jones had season in 58 receptions. Jones topped 100 yards receiving in three games last season, including catching five balls for 124 yards in last season's SEC title game against Florida.
Fun fact: Jones is from Foley, Ala., the same hometown as former Crimson Tide quarterback and NFL MVP Kenny Stabler. Jones and Stabler both played for the same high school team, the Foley Lions.
