Ole Miss junior quarterback
Why he's No. 4: Originally a Florida commitment, Snead backed up Colt McCoy for a year at Texas before transferring to Mississippi. After sitting out in 2007 per NCAA transfer rules, the 6-foot-3, 215-pound Snead threw for 2,672 yards and 26 touchdowns as a sophomore. He also did what no one else could by leading the Rebels to a victory against eventual BCS national champion Florida, 31-30 on Sept. 27, 2008 in The Swamp.
Key number: 100, the number combined passing and rushing touchdowns for Snead in his final two seasons of high school football.
Fun fact: Snead's final high school game was a 41-38 loss in the Texas 4A Division 1 State semi-finals against Highland Park, which as was led by former Georgia Bulldogs and current Detroit Lions' quarterback, Matthew Stafford. If CBSSports.com's Pete Prisco's projections are accurate, Snead will be the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL draft one year after Stafford went first.
