No. 7 GREG HARDY
Ole Miss senior defensive end
Why he's No. 7: At 6-foot-4, 265 pounds, Hardy is an exceptional pass rusher who is equally tough against the run. Hardy uses his size and speed to get into the backfield, where he's recorded 32.5 tackles for losses in his career. Florida fans remember Hardy constantly harassing quarterback Tim Tebow during Ole Miss's 31-30 upset of the Gators last fall at The Swamp.
Key number: 21.5, number of career sacks for Hardy at Ole Miss. Hardy led the SEC in sacks with 10 in 2007.
Fun fact: Hardy appeared in 15 basketball games for Ole Miss during the 2006-07 season. He made one career start while averaging just under one point and two rebounds per game. Hardy also lines up at receiver for some Ole Miss goal line plays and has caught three career touchdown passes.
