No. 18 MICAH JOHNSON

Kentucky senior linebacker

Why he's No. 18: Johnson broke into the league as a member of the All-SEC freshmen team and has gotten better each season. Johnson considered a jump to the NFL but decided instead to return to play for the Wildcats. He was first-team All-SEC a year ago when he had 11.5 tackles for losses. Johnson is a typical SEC linebacker — big, physical and fast.

Key number: Johnson was third in the SEC in tackles per game with 8.5 per game and finished the season with 93 total tackles for the Wildcats.

Fun fact: Growing up in a military family, Johnson has lived in nine states during his young life. He was born in Columbus, Ga.
