Joakim Noah sure knows how to bounce back. Too bad for the former Gator, his team never seems to capitalize on his big nights.

After an embarrassing scoreless night Friday against Toronto, a night when he fouled out in 14 minutes, Noah bounced back against Minnesota by almost tallying a triple-double the hard way. In 35 minutes, he finished with 14 points, 10 rebounds and a career-high seven blocks.

His Bulls, though, fell to the Timberwolves in overtime, 109-108.

"I don't know what to say," said Noah, who unsuccessfully tried to stop Minnesota's Al Jefferson on a 39-point night, one shy of Jefferson's career high. "I was playing as hard as I could. He just kept scoring the ball. He's just a great offensive player and we just couldn't slow him down tonight."

The game also featured former Gator Mike Miller, who's been hampered for weeks by multiple injuries. Miller logged 36 minutes off of the bench, finishing with five points, three rebounds and seven assists on 1-of-4 shooting.
