Hi GainesvilleMoms,

Happy Thursday! I hope you are all having an awesome week. GainesvilleMoms.com has been buzzing with new conversations, new questions and new members!

While there is no Mom of the Week this week, moms across the site are sharing fun facts and information about themselves. To learn more about the moms on the site and to post your own comments, click here.

And several moms are searching for suggestions and tips on the site!

•Mary Reichardt: What do you do when an old friend whom who you had a falling out with wants to be friends again? To help Mary, click here.

•PaigesMomma: I have a 3-year-old cat, and my mother-in-law is extremely concerned that the cat is going to get into the bassinet/crib and smother our infant. To offer advice, click here.

•sunnysideup: My good friend and her husband adopted an Asian child a few years ago. In recent months, my friend has told me about some absolutely awful stories about people looking at the family strangely or making an inappropriate comment because they are interracial. To offer advice, click here.

•Me (Stacy Fournier): My husband and I are looking for a new home, and I’d love any house- or apartment-hunting tips you have! Click here to help!

Please visit the site to help these and other moms solve their daily dilemmas.

And don’t forget about our events coming up! The Evening Playgroup is TONIGHT, Jan. 15, at 5 p.m. We are meeting at Westside Park. The GainesvilleMoms Anniversary Party is THIS SUNDAY, Jan. 18, at 3 p.m. Again, we are meeting at Westside Park.

I hope to see you all at the events!

Have a great day,
Stacy Fournier
