PALM BAY, Fla. — Police say a man charged with stalking his ex-girlfriend in Brevard County urinated in empty soda bottles and had a cooler of food with him as he sat parked outside her home.
Eric Joseph Montag was arrested Sunday night on dating violence as well as loitering and prowling charges. The woman called police after seeing his car parked across the street. Palm Bay Police officers found 2-liter soda bottles filled with urine and a cooler full of food in the vehicle.
Montag has since been released from jail. A judge ordered him to have no contact with his former girlfriend and to stay at least a mile away from her home.
A phone listing for Montag could not be found and it wasn't known if he had a lawyer.
