Senior wide receiver
Why he's No. 12: McKinley is coming off a huge (All-SEC) season in which he caught a school-record 77 passes for 968 yards and nine touchdowns. USC's No. 2 and No. 3 receivers did not combine for as many receptions. He led the Gamecocks in receptions in 10 out of 12 games in 2007. McKinley is the SEC's active leading receiver with 153 receptions.
Key number: 14. The number of catches McKinley had in a loss to Tennessee last season. It tied the school record.
Fun fact: McKinley was a versatile standout quarterback at South Cobb High School in Mableton, Ga. In his senior season, he passed for 1,470 yards and 16 touchdowns and rushed for 750 yards and 12 touchdowns.
