Sessions scheduled for public to address school zoning changes

The final public input session for proposed high school attendance zone changes is at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Kanapaha Middle School, 5005 SW 75th St.
One proposal affects the high school attendance zones for five different geographic areas, which can be viewed at www.sbac.edu/, by clicking on "Notice of Potential Zone Changes.
Another proposal would change the zoning of several neighborhoods from Ft. Clarke Middle School to Westwood Middle School.
A separate public input session is scheduled for a proposal to move the fifth-grade class from Newberry Elementary School to Oak View Middle School. That meeting is at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 14 at Oak View Middle School, 1203 SW 250th St.
