Don't price new housing out of the local market

Fiscal responsibility is what we need before passing all these new taxes and fees. We need to live within our means. Let's look at cutting costs before overtaxing residents in our community.

An impact fee is a fee new homeowners will be paying for over the 30 years of their mortgage. Impact fees are going to price first-time homeowners right out of the market. They will raise the price of all housing, including rental housing. Is this a way to solve county budget woes?
