God's word can build you up

In 2007, we must remember that we are in another realm.
Do not go into 2007 torn and broken down from the struggles of 2006. Many of us did not believe that we would be here today. Emotionally, we thought we would have had a mental breakdown.
Some suffered financial ruin, and others lost loved ones who they felt they could not live without, or wouldn't want to live without.
However, I am here to tell you that God will not put more on us than we can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13). The very fact that we are still here is a testimony to the fact that God's word is true.
Beloved, this coming year, let us get into agreement with the word. 1 Corinthians 5:17 tells us, ''Therefore if anyone is in Christ, He is a new creation. Old things have passed away; behold all things have become new.''
We must remember to stay in the spirit realm. In 2007, we need to stop allowing the devil to speak to us. For if an alien came down on earth to speak with us, invariably we would not be able to communicate with this creature due to the fact that we speak another language.
When the devil comes to us telling us about our situations and circumstances, we need to tell him what the word says about that issue. Let us believe what the word says. Let us get into agreement with God.
When the devil speaks to us about our financial situations, let us remind him that we are 'the head and not the tail. We are above and not beneath. (Deuteronomy 28:13). That our cup runneth over, that The Lord is our Shepard and we shall not want. (Psalm 23: 1,5).
Let us remind him that if we abide in God, and him in us we shall ask whatsoever we will (in line with the word) and we shall have it. (John 15: 5,7).
When the devil speaks to us about any sickness that we may feel in our body, let us remind him that Jesus already died so that we are already healed. (Isaiah 53: 5). Let us speak life instead of death. (John 11:25) Beloved, let us agree with what the word says about any matter in our lives this year. Let us command those things to be not as though they were. (Romans 4:17) Declare victory today. God is restoring us to glory. (John 17:1-12) Let us remember to pray for one another this year as Jesus prayed for his disciples. Quite honestly, many of us are in the places we are because someone prayed for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfector of our faith. (Hebrews 12:2).
Paul tells us in Colossians 3:1: ''Set your hearts on things above, Where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.''
God is taking us to glory this year.
