Here's a better road plan

Connecting the enlarging SpringHill community to Millhopper Road is a poor solution to the problem of traffic control in the area for future expansion and development. Residents along Millhopper reject the proposal now with good intentions but are due to be disappointed, as progress cannot be contained.
Here is a better route for the connection north of SpringHill. Let the end of the spur join at US 441, with a flyover and interchange at Millhopper. The expansion of the city will eventually encompass all of that part of the county in time, so why do it piecemeal now and then have to cause even more flustered residents as time goes on. Look into what I envision as a proper way to provide access now, with much better order in the future.
